At Robertson Jewelers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
You can return the product to us in-store or return to us by mail at your own expense.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any and all damages. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our store in good condition.

You have 15 days to return an item once it has been received. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable state to be accepted for return. Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for returns.
A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase for all items eligible for return. Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit instead of a cash reimbursement upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Cash refunds are not available at any in-person locations. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.
All of our items are carefully hand-inspected by our team to ensure they are free of defects; however, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, you will be able to exchange your defective product within 30 days of receipt. Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be difficult to replace with an exact match, you may elect to receive in-store credit in an equal amount to your original purchase to spend at our store. Custom jewelry and personalized items are not included in our exchange policy. Gemstones, including diamonds, are not covered by this policy and are sold as-is. Any damages not due to manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchanges and in-store credit only. Please return items in original packaging. Any gift that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 15 days following our return policy protocol, and we will refund your purchase. If you have made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, please contact us as soon as possible.

Kristy was so helpful in picking out our wedding bands. I’m very indecisive and she was patient with all my requests, ordering different styles week after week for me to look at so that I could make my choice with confidence. They have lots of lab diamond options, and were happy to work with our budget as well. I’m so happy with our bands and recommend supporting a caring local business like Robertsons.

First, I'm not in CT and hadn't heard of Robertson Jewelers until 3/38/25. I'm in MI and wasn't having any luck with finding a replacement watch or band as a gift for our 91 year old neighbor. His watch has sentimental value hence the replacement hunt. Now onto the review. I cannot say enough good about my experience with these folks. I used the text option on their website and heard back the next morning which was a Saturday during their listed hours. After asking specifics about the watch that was listed on the website and exchanging pictures of their watch/my neighbor's watch, we concluded that it was essentially the same watch. There's a slight difference in the model numbers which I won't bore you with. So I received the payment link and they texted me to let me know that it would be shipped on either Monday or Tuesday via UPS. It was shipped on Tuesday as promised and arrived on Thursday. The packaging and shipping was very well done but what was most impressive is that they had the original box/manual/warranty card (complete with a no longer existing manufacturer's website haha)! The price including shipping was more than fair, especially for a discontinued model, and the communication was excellent. Highly recommended and if the online experience is this good I can only imagine how much better the in-person one is! Thanks, Kristy!

id give Robertson 100 stars if I could! From the moment I had my first consultation to the delivery date- Robertson made the process seamless. I went in with my exact specs and Robertson Jewelers was more than accommodating! Specifically I worked with Despina. She ordered two diamonds into the show room, and within a few weeks I was able to physically try them on. Once I picked my diamond, the custom ring process took less than two weeks! Not to mention the craftsmanship and quality that goes into the ring. I couldn’t be happier! They made the process EASY as pie for my now fiancée ! Thank you so much. I’ll treasure this forever :)
